Pour soup into a pan, use a medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer.

Garlic Bread Topped with Mozzarella

Place on baking tray in the middle of the oven at 160 degree C for 12-14 mins until golden.

Duck Liver Parfait

Toast sourdough and Serve chilled.

Duck Terrine

Arrange the salad on a plate and drizzle over the dressing. Place the terrine alongside and enjoy.

Smoked Haddock Fish Cake and Curried Apple Sauce

Gently fry at medium heat to colour exterior, place in oven on baking tray and heat at 160 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes. Heat the sauce gently in a saucepan on a medium heat until hot.

Green Bean Salad and Walnut Pesto

Remove the mozzarella from the tub. Tip the pesto onto the rest of the ingredients and toss together. Place on a plate and finish with the mozzarella.

Crab Salad

Transfer from packaging and arrange on a cold plate. Simply tuck In.

Main Course

Fresh Lobster

To serve cold: Transfer from packaging and arrange on a cold plate. Simply tuck in.

To serve as a thermidor: Heat the thermidor sauce gently in a pan. Place the lobster in its shell on an ovenproof dish. Generously pour the sauce once hot, over the lobster. Sprinkle on the cheese and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes or till piping hot. Do not overcook.

Tasty Cottage Pie

Remove lid, place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 25-30 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius until piping hot.

King Prawn, Rocket and Chorizo Risotto

Fry the king prawns in a pan with a smidge of oil just to seal and colour, for no more than a couple of minutes. Lift out and set to one side. Now use the same pan to heat the risotto and two tablespoons of water. When hot, return the prawns to the pan along with the rocket and chorizo. Stir gently for a couple of minutes then lastly add the cheese. Stir through once more, then serve on to a plate or bowl.

Slow Braised Rib of Beef and Noodle Salad

Place the beef in its tray in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Toss the vegetables and noodles with the dressing and place on a plate/dish. Remove the beef from the foil tray and place it on top of the noodle salad. Finish with the jus from the foil tray to taste.

Braised Lamb Shoulder

Place the lamb and potatoes in an ovenproof tray/dish with 2 tablespoons of water. Pop into the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for approximately 15 minutes. On a separate tray place the tomatoes and aubergines and cook for 5 minutes. Heat the sauce in a pan. When everything is hot, arrange the potatoes, lamb, tomatoes and aubergines on a plate. Pour around the piping hot sauce and serve with the cold mint chimichurri.

Sweet Potato Curry

Place the curry in a saucepan and heat gently until piping hot. Whilst that heats, slice the banana. Once the curry is hot, add the sliced banana and cashew nuts and stir until they are warm. Meanwhile, place the rice in a microwavable dish and heat in the microwave until piping hot. Pour over the curry.

Halibut Fromage

Remove the halibut from the packaging and place in a small ovenproof dish. Spoon the fromage sauce over the fish. Place In the centre of the oven and cook at 160 degrees Celsius for approximately 15-20 minutes. Heat the potatoes and vegetables in the microwave until piping hot. Place the fish carefully in the centre of a hot dinner plate, spoon over the sauce and enjoy.

Chicken, Bacon and Leek Pie

Remove lid, place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven, heat at 160 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until piping hot. 

Puddings

Chocolate Brownie and Chocolate Sauce

Place the brownie on a microwavable plate and microwave for 30-45 seconds until warm. Place the sauce in a microwavable dish and microwave until hot, DO NOT BOIL.

Spiced Sticky Orange Cake and Clotted Cream

Place the sponge on a microwavable plate and heat for approximately 30 seconds until no more than warm. Serve the clotted cream straight from the fridge.

Banana Bread and Butter Pudding

Place the pudding on a baking tray and heat in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for approximately 8-10 minutes until hot. Pour the rum syrup over the hot bread and butter pudding and serve with the clotted cream.

Fresh Fruit Crumble and Custard

Place the crumble in the centre of the oven on a baking tray for approximately 20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius, until piping hot. Leave to stand before serving. Place the custard in a microwavable dish and heat in the microwave until hot, DO NOT BOIL.

Cherry View Milk, Vanilla Rice Pudding

Pour the rice pudding into a microwavable dish, cover with cling film and heat, stirring regularly until piping hot, DO NOT BOIL. Perfect with treacle or your favourite jam or boozy cherries!
